The Challenge

Grupo Minero La Fundicion needed to make a medium term staged crushing plant. FIMSA, Superior’s crushing and screening dealer in Mexico, worked with Superior to create a solution.

The equipment that Superior and FIMSA quoted was a primary crushing plant on skid which includes a TF4016 vibrating feeder, a 43" x 55" Sentry® Horizontal Shaft Impactor, and a 61" x 63" Anthem® Inclined Screen with FIMSA conveyors.

The Solution

Due to the type of material to be produced in this new plant, the customer requires a production of 19mm (3/4") gravel, 9.5mm (3/8") seal and 4.7mm (3/16") sand. The operational and production levels will be easily achievable once the project and plant expansion begin.
