The Solution
Mojave partnered with Kemper Equipment to design and install a wash plant centered around Superior’s Classifying Tank, powered by Aggrespec Controls.
The intelligent setup allows operators to program recipes based on sieve analysis and automates adjustments across all three screws. It produces custom sand blends — from just a few pre-programmed options — with minimal manual intervention.
Training for new team members is quick, which has reduced downtime due to guesswork or inconsistent gradations.
