The Challenge

Superior Industries introduced them to the Chevron® Wing Pulley, a V-shaped design that deflects material more effectively than traditional pulleys, minimizing material buildup, wing bending, and belt damage. The Chevron Pulley operates more quietly and with less vibration, significantly extending the life of conveyor belts and reducing maintenance downtime.
Stony Valley Contracting upgraded to the Chevron Wing Pulley and reported improved performance and durability, with fewer belt-tracking problems and quieter operation.
We’ve cut our downtime considerably since we don’t have any material buildup. These pulleys stay clean, they’re quiet, and they last longer!
