Vibratory Screen Designed to Simplify Media Change-Outs

Location Little Rock, CA
Industry Aggregates: Concrete & Asphalt

The Challenge

For aggregate producers, routine screen maintenance can quickly become a frustrating and time-consuming task. On many vibrating screens, accessing middle decks for media changes and repairs is difficult, creating additional labor requirements and extending maintenance downtime.

At a Holliday Rock's operation, producing materials for concrete, asphalt, and base applications, maintenance accessibility was a key consideration. The operation relies on screening equipment to maintain consistent production across multiple aggregate products.

The Solution

Holliday Rock installed an 8x20 Superior Anthem® Inclined Screen to support aggregate production at the site. Unlike traditional shaker screens, the Anthem Screen provides additional room around the middle decks, making media changes and repairs easier for maintenance crews. The improved access helps simplify routine maintenance while keeping production moving.

When you get in to change screens or have to do repairs, it's easier, which is nice for my guys.

The Results

After more than two years in service, the screen has proven to be a dependable part of the operation. Easier access to the middle decks makes maintenance and media change-outs easier, helping the crew spend less time on repairs and more time producing material.
