Conveying Parts Idler Frame Sealing Cartridges

The Missing Support in Your Load Zone

Between idlers, conveyor belts naturally sag under the weight of material. That sag creates a gap between the belt and the skirting, giving fines a clear path to escape. Operators tighten the skirting, add more rubber, or increase pressure against the belt, but the problem often persists because the belt simply isn’t supported well enough underneath.

The Sealing System solves the problem at its source. Cartridge pads mounted to standard idler frames support the belt through the load zone, preventing sag, and helping maintain a consistent seal against the skirting. With the belt properly supported, the skirting can do its job, keeping material on the belt and dust inside the transfer point.
