Spider Bushing Design
Changing feed conditions can push a crusher outside its ideal operating range, leading to uneven wear, lost production, and inconsistent product. The Endeavor® Cone Crusher is a spider-bushing, bottom-adjust cone crusher built to adapt to those conditions. It accepts the broadest range of feed sizes in Superior's cone lineup, including coarse secondary feed, while multiple chamber and stroke configurations let producers match the crusher to the material and desired product.
The Endeavor uses a simpler design with fewer moving parts and convenient top-service access, making routine maintenance easier. A single-cylinder floating shaft helps maintain a consistent closed-side setting, while an integrated countershaft housing reduces maintenance by eliminating an external seal. As liners wear, the feed opening stays more consistent, reducing the need to adjust upstream equipment.
