Break Up the Clumps
When your raw feed’s coming in sticky or full of tough-to-separate fines, a blade mill knocks it loose. Its paddles cut through clay, break up soft aggregates, and condition material for the rest of your wash circuit.
You’ll get better separation downstream and fewer surprises at your screw or screen. The Blade Mill’s a simple tool, but it makes a big difference when you're dealing with muck, mess, and material that doesn’t want to separate cleanly.

Single Shaft
Processes up to 300 TPH with a 2½-inch maximum feed, driven by a single 30–60 HP motor for moderate tonnage applications.

Handles up to 600 TPH with a 3-inch maximum feed, powered by dual 40–75 HP motors for high-volume production and heavier material loads.
