CONEXPO-CON/AGG is more than a trade show. Quite frankly, it's our Super Bowl! In 2023, the Las Vegas event drew 140,000 attendees (86% with decision-making power) and spanned more than three million square feet—both were records.
It’s the event where attendees roam miles of displays, scout technology, attend training, swap ideas, catch live demos, sit for private meetings, and cap their evenings with market-priced lobster tails or a surf and turf "special." Why not? It only happens once every three years and they’re not picking up the tab! 😉
Over the next several editions of this monthly dealer e-newsletter, we’ll share previews of Superior’s plans for our largest exhibit space yet. We’ve finalized the product lineup and you get the first look before we begin blasting promotional materials to attendees.

Independence™ High Frequency Screen Plant
Built to make spec from challenging feed, Superior's brand-new Independence High Frequency Screen combines a multi-slope 6×20 two-deck design with a vibrating feed-box that spreads material evenly for maximum material stratification and screen open area utilization.
- Outboard electric motors for easy inspection/maintenance
- VFD motor control for independent deck fine-tuning
- Uniform tensioning system extends media life
- Fully enclosed body reduces dust emissions
- Automated clean out cycle clears sticky material
The result is up to 20% more screening capacity in the same footprint with steadier delivery of consistent, concrete-quality sand.

Cemco® Vertical Shaft Impactor
Merging the best of two designs, the new and improved Cemco Vertical Shaft Impact (VSI) Crusher combines the strongest features of the legacy Cemco VSI (acquired in late 2023) with the Valor® VSI to deliver a streamlined platform optimized for fine crushing.
- Updates to rotor/chamber geometry boost rock-on-rock performance
- Parts commonality with legacy Cemco and Valor VSI models
- Rotating anvil ring surfaces extend life of critical components
- V-Twin drives mounted on one side to reduce footprint

The display model will be a C1920 featuring a 36" five-port rotor, rock-on-rock chamber, and dual 300–400 HP crusher-duty motors.
P600 Power on a P500 Frame
The P500 Patriot® Cone now offers a factory-approved upgrade to 600 horsepower, giving portable producers more output. That added power keeps the plant within standard portable limits, avoiding oversize permits and heavy-haul requirements a P600 typically triggers on a chassis.

The cone will be mounted on a rear-feed, rear-discharge portable chassis featuring hydraulic leveling legs and an extended observation platform.

The recently redesigned Self-Contained Portable Radial Stacking Conveyor (PRSC-S) delivers proven performance in a more efficient package. After gathering feedback and studying the market, Superior designed a model that helps dealers be more competitive.

- Redesigned truss depth and tweaks to drive and tail pulleys
- 49HP Yanmar engine powers up to 500 TPH
- Steeper 21.5° angle for larger stockpiles in less space
At the show, we’ll feature a 36" x 80' model with hydraulic controls for the folding head section, undercarriage raise/lower, and folding hopper wings.
