The conveyor’s onboard engine—a Tier 4(f ), 49 HP diesel unit—allows producers to stockpile material without relying on a fixed power source, an advantage for mobile spreads or operations that frequently shift working faces.
The redesigned stacker incorporates structural and feed zone enhancements that affect belt loading stability, pile formation, and overall durability. An updated truss depth is intended to maintain structural performance under working loads, while the integrated power supply supports a capacity up to 500 tons per hour. Improvements to the load zone hopper are designed to promote more efficient belt loading and better feed area performance. In addition, a steeper conveying angle allows producers to build taller stockpiles on a smaller footprint, a practical benefit for sites where space is limited or inventory demands are increasing.
The self-contained radial stacker is available in 36-inch by 80-foot or 100-foot configurations. Hydraulic controls are incorporated for hopper wings, the undercarriage, and the folding head section to support transport and setup efficiency.
