What We Build Matters, but...
Who Builds It Matters More!
At Superior, what we build is rigorously tested each day. It crushes, screens, washes, and conveys raw minerals, enabling construction of vital infrastructure while keeping quarries and mines producing globally.
Behind every product is a team that takes pride in doing the work right and standing behind it. That responsibility shapes how we work, how we support our customers, and how we treat each other.
- Investment in training and development for those who want to grow
- Clean, organized shops with regular investment in tools and equipment
- Strong safety culture where looking out for others is expected
- Stable, privately-owned business with steady, long-term decision making
Manufacturing Careers
A clean, safe workplace with real opportunities to grow.
Our skilled trades include roles like welders, machinists, assemblers, and machine operators, all working together to build heavy-duty products. We work in clean, organized facilities—surrounded by advanced automation and modern tools—where safety, quality, and accountability are part of every shift.
You’ll find opportunities to grow through on-the-job learning and structured training programs. For those who take pride in their work and embrace Superior's culture, there are paths into higher-skilled roles and leadership positions.

Engineering Careers
Design equipment measured in tons, not inches.
Our engineers design crushing, screening, washing, and conveying solutions, as well as complete material processing and handling systems used in mining and quarrying—often working on large-scale equipment that performs in demanding conditions.
Instead of focusing on a single component, many of Superior's engineers take full ownership of their products, becoming experts in how equipment performs, how it can improve, and how it solves real customer challenges.
We operate in the same facilities as our production teams, working alongside the people who build the equipment, while seeing their designs come to life.
Internship Opportunities
Real tasks. Real responsibility.
Internships here aren’t designed for observation, they’re built around involvement. Students step into meaningful roles, from engineering and manufacturing to the teams that support our work. It's real responsibility with active project work.
Beyond the day-to-day, interns plug into lunch-and-learns, participate in networking, and connect with mentors. It’s hands-on with the expectation that you’ll ask questions, get involved, and make an impact.
For many, it’s more than a summer experience, it’s the start of a career path. Just ask one of our first interns...now our CEO!
