Meet the G.O.A.T.

Greatest Of All Telescopics

Superior’s TeleStacker® Conveyor earned that title the hard way. Serial #0001 went to work in 1997 and it's still building stockpiles.

The Origin Story

Meet the O.G.

The Rookie That Started It All

In 1997, Superior’s very first TeleStacker Conveyor went to work for Kraemer Mining. Like every rookie, it had something to prove.

For nearly three decades, it did just that. Day after day, year after year. Through changing seasons, TeleStacker Conveyor #0001 just kept building stockpiles.

Recently, Kraemer sold the original machine. Not because it quit. Because it was still worth something.

Nearly 30 years later, the very first TeleStacker Conveyor is still stockpiling, just for a different team.

Legends don’t retire easily…
that’s what makes them the G.O.A.T.!

From the Pit

“These things
are beasts!”

Ask an operator what they think of a TeleStacker Conveyor and you don’t get a spec sheet. You get thirty seconds like this from a guy who knows his way around a stockpile.

The Roster

Why it’s the greatest of all telescopics

No single part makes a machine last thirty years. Ten of them do. Here are three.

Iron Man

FB® Undercarriage

Dynasties get built on a solid foundation. This fully braced support structure delivers the stability to perform season after season.

  • 17X less flexing under load
  • Extra steel reinforces the whole structure
  • Standard on every TeleStacker Conveyor
02

The Wizard

PilePro™ Automation

PilePro does more than move a conveyor. It follows stockpiling strategies that cut segregation and squeeze more material into the same footprint.

  • Backfills every pile for 30% more capacity
  • Engineered, programmed and supported in-house
03 Patented

Road Dawg

FD Axle with Auto Level

Built for portable operations. The FD Axle moves from road travel to production fast, then Auto Level keeps the conveyor level as it swings.

  • Stays level on grades up to 1.5%
  • Less site prep, fewer belt tracking headaches

TeleStacker Conveyor FAQ

The ten questions everybody asks

Aggregate producers ask our team the same handful of things every year. We ranked them, answered them with real numbers, and put the whole set in one PDF.

01

How does it compare with a conventional radial stacker?

A conventional radial stacker changes where material lands by traveling radially, but the discharge point stays fixed along the conveyor. Telescoping moves that discharge point in and out as the machine swings, which is where the extra tonnage comes from…

02

How does telescoping reduce material segregation?

Segregation happens when coarse and fine particles separate as material discharges onto a pile. Instead of dropping in one spot, the TeleStacker Conveyor lays material down in windrows and keeps the discharge closer to the pile…

  • How much material can it handle?
  • How much material can I stockpile?
  • How does cost of ownership compare with using loaders?
  • What size TeleStacker Conveyor do I need?
  • What’s the difference between TSFD and TSSA models?
  • How does PilePro Automation control stockpile formation?
  • How is the stinger supported as it extends and retracts?
  • How does the TeleStacker Conveyor differ from other telescoping conveyors?

All ten answers are in the PDF. And guess what? Question ten ends up right back where this page started: the 1997 machine that’s still running!
