Calculation Assumptions
- Recommended speed percentage = 1500 ÷ percent passing #50 mesh, capped at 100%.
- Recommended RPM = published model RPM × recommended speed percentage ÷ 100.
- Input must be between 1% and 100%. The calculator never recommends exceeding published full speed.
- Single and twin washer models, including bearing arrangements, use their own published speed ratings.
