Weld Training Center
Learn the Trade While You Earn
Whether brand new to welding or looking to expand certifications, employees can grow valuable trade skills while getting paid. Training is tailored to the type of work performed in our shops, helping employees advance faster than they would through a traditional program.
Instruction combines classroom learning with hands-on welding using the same modern equipment found in Superior’s production facilities. Courses include MIG, TIG, stick, aluminum, pipe, and subarc welding, along with safety, blueprint reading, and metallurgy.
Employees can earn AWS and ASME certifications while continuing to build new skills throughout their careers. Many welders return to the center over time to add certifications, improve techniques, and prepare for new opportunities across the company.
