The updated and streamlined Dealer Connect is here, offering a cleaner experience today with parts ordering and live chat coming after the new year.
If you’ve logged into Superior's Dealer Connect lately, you’ve already seen a new look. Today, everyone with an account has access to the streamlined platform that replaces the old version of Connect.
From quicker asset lookups to cleaner list views and improved filtering, the latest version makes everyday tasks easier and faster.
The biggest addition, though, is coming just after the New Year. Parts ordering puts tens of thousands of Superior wears and spares at your fingertips, complete with pricing, lead times, and ordering capabilities. This update will also introduce interactive 3D equipment views, allowing users to zoom in on complex machinery like crushers, identify the correct component, then click to order.
It gives dealers a visual, more accurate way to pinpoint the exact parts their customers need and process orders faster. The new parts features are just around the corner, but there’s plenty worth exploring now inside Connect.

There's a new URL for Dealer Connect, so make sure to update your favorite links. It's connect.superior-ind.com. You can always find the same link at the very bottom of any of Superior's public-facing website pages or here at the top of The Orange Edge.
The new Connect introduces powerful filtering tools, making it much easier to find what you need. No more scrolling through endless lists to hunt down a parts order number or customer account name. Now, just type what you’re after into the filter field for equipment assets, order history, or support cases and it delivers it in seconds.
Inside each asset or case page, information is now organized in a much cleaner, easier-to-navigate layout. Previously, every detail lived on a single, overloaded page, which apparently drove a few dealers to therapy. Now, you’ll find tabs across the top that separate content by topic.
