Evergreen Tractor & Kimball Equipment Team Up To Represent Superior In Northwest U.S.

Morris, Minn. – Superior Industries, Inc., a US-based manufacturer and global supplier of bulk material processing and handling systems, announced a unique new partnership that will benefit construction aggregate producers in the Northwest United States. Evergreen Tractor is partnering with Kimball Equipment to represent Superior’s crushing, screening, washing and conveying equipment in Washington, Oregon and throughout Idaho’s panhandle.

Zipline Conveyors target bulk producers looking for overland conveyors that require little or no pre-engineering for express deliveries and are designed for quick assembly in the field. Today, with the addition of the “This new partnership pairs one of the most experienced and respected quarry suppliers in the country — Kimball Equipment — with Evergreen Tractor, one of the best service teams in the Pacific Northwest,” says Seth Wheeler, a territory manager at Superior Industries. “It combines know-how with getting it done.”

As Superior’s full line dealer, Evergreen Tractor will sell, service and support popular products like the TeleStacker® Conveyor, Patriot® Cone Crusher, Guardian® Horizontal Screen and Aggredry® Washer in additional to all other products in the manufacturer’s growing and energized crushing, screening, washing and conveying portfolio.

“Based on their new partnership, Evergreen Tractor will stock locally, have access to Kimball’s vast stock at nine other western branches and utilize the dealer’s unmatched engineering and application experience,” says Wheeler. “This will fuel Evergreen’s determination to help their customers succeed.”

Evergreen Tractor is one of the Northwest’s leading sales and rental companies of aggregate equipment, attachments and parts. The Seattle-based dealer has earned a strong reputation for rapid response, qualified service and excellent aftermarket support. Meanwhile, Superior Industries and Kimball Equipments’ relationship dates back to 2004. The Salt Lake City-based company is already the aggregate equipment company’s full line dealer in Utah, Arizona, Nevada and the southern two-thirds of Idaho.

Superior Invests in Manufacturer for Global Supply Chain

This investment furthers Superior’s goal to improve responsiveness, reliability and quality of its North American supply chain.

“It’s an investment in a team whose core members each have more than 30 years of experience developing crushing and screening technology for international markets,” says Jarrod Felton, president of Superior Industries. “These are accomplished professionals that people in our industry know and trust.”

Working in a brand new purpose-built factory in Shanghai, this fully-integrated partner will collaborate closely with Superior’s manufacturing efforts in North America, providing access to a dependable, high-quality supply chain.

Beyond North America, global customers will benefit from access to complete crushing, washing, screening and conveying machinery from Superior manufacturing operations located in the Eastern Hemisphere.

Superior Industries Seeks Distribution Partnerships at bauma 2019

USA — Superior Industries Inc., an American-based manufacturer and global supplier of bulk material processing and handling systems, is seeking new relationships with construction equipment dealers and distributors at bauma 2019. Before the event, distribution representatives looking to meet with Superior at bauma are asked to complete an online form.
 
“Outside of the Americas, we’ve built successful distributor relationships in Australia, New Zealand, Russia and other regions,” says John Garrison, the manufacturer’s vice president of sales. “Our target at bauma will be dealers located in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).”
 
Late in 2016, Michael Dunne joined Superior as its first ever business development manager responsible for opportunities throughout the EMEA. The industry veteran – with experience inside Weir and Terex – has established a European-based entity for Superior and works closely with the manufacture’s product development team to establish design standards and unique features for the European market.
 
“At Superior, our dealers play a major role in our new product development process,” says Garrison. “We’re looking for partners who know their local market well and want to be served by a manufacturer who will custom design, build and relentlessly support equipment specific for the region and it’s dry bulk material producers.”
 
A dozen executives, product specialists and application experts will be available throughout the duration of bauma. Superior’s showcase will be located in Hall B2, stand 107.

Superior Industries To Significantly Increase Footprint at Bauma 2019

Morris, Minn. –Superior Industries Inc., an American-based manufacturer and global supplier of bulk material processing and handling systems, says its presence at Bauma 2019 will be three-times larger than previous editions of the world’s largest trade show. Today, the builder of crushing, screening, washing and conveying equipment unveiled its display plans.

Inside Hall B2 at stand 107, Superior plans to showcase its brand new Alliance® Low Water Washer. The one-of-a-kind technology allows crushing operators to wash fines within their crushing circuit. It saves from transporting the fines to a separate wash site, which requires costly trucks and harmful re-handling of the material.
 
Available for production rates of 90 – 272 MTPH (100-300 TPH), the Alliance Low Water Washer accepts a dry feed from the crushing circuit. An agitator converts the material to a slurry before an integrated dewatering screen removes excess water, leaving as little as 8% moisture in the discharged manufactured sand. Superior says existing units have required as little 45-90 m3/hour of water (200-400 GPM), depending on production rates. That’s significantly less water consumption than a traditional screw or cyclone.
 
In addition to wet processing equipment, Superior is planning to showcase a group of conveyor components. Included in this display are:

Chevron® Pulley: Invented at Superior in 2007, this unique v-shaped wing pulley deflects oncoming rocks and other material, which prevents it from trapping between the pulley’s wings. No rocks in your pulleys means longer lasting conveyor belts and pulleys.

Moxie® Roll: Made from a composite blend, this steel alternative idler sheds sticky material to maintain properly tracked conveyor belts. The rolls are 50% lighter and at least three times quieter than steel.

High Performance DT Idler: For improved performance in high capacity applications, the double tube (DT) design features inner and outer tube construction for increased rigidly and better bearing insulation.

Exterra® SFL Dual Belt Cleaner: This one-of-a-kind conveyor belt cleaning solution is a primary and secondary scraper sharing one mounting pole. This allows for quick, uncomplicated installation. Tension is set just once – at installation – and automatically maintained for the life of the blade.

In addition to these products, Superior plans to showcase videos and presentations of all its products including crushing, screening, washing and conveying equipment for bulk processing and handling of materials in quarries, mines, and marine and rail terminals. A dozen product and applications experts will be available throughout the duration of the bauma.

Superior Industries and MIMICO Create New Partnership in New Zealand

Morris, Minn. – Superior Industries, Inc., a U.S. based manufacturer and global supplier of bulk material processing and handling systems, says Matamata Industrial Machinery Imports Ltd (MIMICO) has been appointed the sole New Zealand distributor for Superior’s line of washing systems and conveying equipment. MIMICO’s sales and service operation spans the country, with head office in Matamata and branches located in Auckland, Paraparaumu and Christchurch. MIMICO has service agents in 15 locations as far north as Whangarei and as far south as Invercargill.

“We’re proud to work with a number of world-class equipment brands and we’re happy to add Superior to our stable,” says Chris Gray, MIMICO’s general manager. “It’s important that we provide our customers with industry-leading equipment and, in Superior’s range of washing systems and conveying equipment, we are definitely adding that to our offering.”

The product range on offer in New Zealand will include Superior’s Aggredry® Dewatering Washer for fine materials, which will be on display at the 2018 edition of QuarryNZ, and the Alliance™ Low Water Washer. In addition, the RazerTail® Truck Unloader is just one of Superior’s conveyors available in New Zealand, alongside the TeleStacker® Conveyor for radial stacking.
