Solution
By automating both the unloading and stockpiling process, Rocky Mountain Materials is able to cut loader use by more than half and speed up cycle times by bringing in most of the required truckloads during the night. The trucks are unloaded and down the road in less than 5 minutes.

The TeleStacker Conveyor builds a higher and larger volume stockpile in a given space, increasing efficiency on a small site. The conveyor also allows the operation to maximize production from the fully desegregated stockpile because it has no densification, ensuring stockpile quality.
