Tests prove the new v-shape wing pulley deflects rocks and other fugitive material away from belts quicker. The result prevents wing tipping and extends belt life. The round bar wing cap design provides extra belt support and reduces both vibration and noise by at least fifty decibels. Combined, users save time and money stopping shutdowns and prolonging the life of their belts.

The patented Chevron Wing Pulley is designed for users who want more reliability and fewer repairs. It is available in Superior CEMA and super duty specifications.
