Morris, MN, July 10, 2008 – Superior Industries, a leading manufacturer of conveyor systems and components, offers one of the most rugged and consistent portable feed hoppers in the aggregate industry. Our line is designed to deliver steady, significant quantities of bulk material into crushing, screening and washing plants. With built in portability, operators can simply place the unit, adjust the conveyor as desired and begin production.

Manufactured with discharge conveyors, Superior’s portable feed hopper features a 36-inch belt feeder with a 20 HP variable speed drive unit (up to 175 FPM) and 850 TPH. Fabricated hoppers feature an 8-foot by 16-foot top opening with options to add grizzly bars. Other features include a single axle with dual 11-22.5 tires, CEMA C 5-inch idlers, manual or hydraulic tilt grizzly, remote belt or grizzly control and hydraulic support legs.
