Morris, MN, February 2, 2008 – Known as the Navigator® return trainer, Superior Industries will introduce a patent pending solution to uncooperative, unaligned belts at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2008. It is designed with a unique pivoting mechanism. When a belt mistracks, the uneven pressure causes the Navigator return trainer to pivot and guide the belt back into place. Also, the bearings are located in the center, a proven strategy to keep them free of contaminants from either side and simple to change without replacing the entire component.

To avoid material buildup, Superior builds its return trainer with rubber lagging, a design that proves to shed material and increase traction to align belts. Navigator return trainers are also available in standard steel. Both options are available in belt widths of 30-72”, rubber lagged is 7¾” in diameter and steel is 7″.
