Morris, MN – Committed to providing users with conveyor component solutions that deliver the maximum in performance, wear life, belt protection and ease of maintenance – Superior Industries will show its full-scale, comprehensive component line at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011 in Booth #S-640. Superior Industries sales and engineering staff will be on-hand to discuss features, benefits and applications as attendees view current and newly-launched idlers, pulleys and return rolls; as well as the latest guarding, belt cleaning and training accessories.
Launching at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011 is the Superior Industries Exterra® SFL Dual Belt Cleaner – a primary and secondary belt cleaner/scraper designed with one mounting point and a common tensioning device for ease of installation and operation. The unit offers the lowest profile of any secondary cleaner/scraper on the market. The Exterra SFL Dual Belt Cleaner is available with a tungsten carbide or AR steel secondary blade.
Also launching, is the CEMA Rated Chevron® Wing Pulley, available in 10- and 20-inch diameters; and 20- to 63-inch face widths, and featuring integral hub end-discs for increased pulley life. The V-shaped patented Chevron Wing Pulley deflects fugitive material and extends conveyor belt life. Also on display are the Mine Duty and Super Duty Chevron Wing Pulleys; as well as Mine Duty and Super Duty Drum Pulleys; and a Super Duty Wing Pulley.
Superior Industries Navigator® Return Trainer – a recently released next-generation belt tracking solution, which provides continuous alignment, centering the belt and reducing or eliminating any belt damage. This new return training idler offers automatic and contact-free performance for longer wear wife, and ease of maintenance and operation.
A full range of Superior Industries CEMA Rated Idlers (B through F), each featuring Superior’s patented SpinGuard® Seal System, the ultimate in bearing defense systems; maintenance-friendly base frames; and cost-efficient interchangeability which allows retrofitting to competitor stands.
Superior Industries Rubber Disc or Lagged Return Rolls – made of hot vulcanized synthetic rubber and lagged to offer resistance to material build-up in moist, sticky applications; and Urathon® and Spiral Urathon Return Rolls that prevent material buildup on the roll and belt, while offering maximum wear life.
