The Illinois Association of Aggregate Producers (IAAP) is the trade association representing owners and operators of stone quarries, sand and gravel pits and recycling facilities that produce construction aggregates. The IAAP has a non-aggregate mining division for companies that produce silica sand, clay, cement and other minerals and mineral products. Finally, the IAAP represents many companies that provide goods and services for the aggregates industry.  In essence, the IAAP represents every sector of Illinois’ non-coal mining industry.
