While we could probably start an expansion project any time of the year at our Southwest Division in Arizona, up in Minnesota, we’re not as lucky! If you’re from here, you know too well there is a season reserved for construction projects. However this year, both plants in Prescott Valley and Morris are under construction at the same time. Crews are working to make more room for our rapidly growing conveyor components product line.

Last month, I visited a Preferred plant in Sanders, Arizona, and witnessed a hive of activity. And much like the honey bee home I likened the facility to, the swarm of employees in Sanders seem committed to an absolutely efficient operation.

Late last week we strapped, wrapped and palletted our product display and sent if off to Charlotte. Later this week, we’ll meet our booth display at the Charlotte Convention Center as we prepare for AGG1 2012.
