They are our answers behind the question, how do you go from a good company to a great one? After reading the book “Good to Great” by Jim Collins, our leadership team learned that Superior needed to boldly answer three key questions to transform us from an ordinary company into a great one!

If a company can never be a leader, cannot understand how to be economically viable and has no passion, then it will never succeed.  On the other hand, if we understand what we are best at, know the industry’s economics and are highly passionate about our business, then we will continue to develop in a positive, enthusiastic direction.
