Objective
The primary function of a design engineer is to coordinate product design and development for our products and systems.
Accountabilities
- Projects are functional, easily manufactured and meet customer expectations
- Product and system design is completed according to schedule
- Designs meet company engineering standards
- Design analyses, drawings and bills of material are accurate
Primary Tasks
- Coordinate layout and design of products and systems
- Perform design analysis for products and systems
- Create detail drawings
- Complete bills of material
- Evaluate and implement design changes
